Start by reserving your processing spot with a per-animal pre-deposit. Your card is stored but not charged. The deposit may be charged as a cancellation fee if you cancel within 7 days of your scheduled delivery date, which protects our schedule and holds your spot.
After your pre-deposit order is submitted, you will receive a confirmation email with a link to your custom processing instructions form. You can also use the direct link on the checkout confirmation page to go straight to the form.
Use the form link to fill out your custom processing instructions and choose the date you will deliver your animals. We receive a copy for our team and you receive an email confirmation. Please submit the form only once and contact us if you need any changes.
On your selected delivery date, bring your animals to our USDA inspected facility. Our team will check you in, confirm your instructions, and answer any last-minute questions.
Our butchers process your beef according to the instructions you submitted. Animals usually dry age for about 14 days. Please allow about one more week for cutting, wrapping, and freezing so your beef is ready for pickup.
Once your order is wrapped, labeled, and frozen, we will create your final invoice, charge your card on file, and notify you that your beef is ready. Come pick up your finished beef and load your freezer with cuts ready to cook or sell.
